Today we received our stamp and confirmation from UKARA we are now a registered skirmish provider - this means we can now accept registrations for the UKARA database.

Forms will need to be downloaded from www.ukara.org.uk and players will need to provide ID. You will to have played three games with us in a period of not less than two months.

Any questions PM or call me.

Excellent news I'm sure you will all agree. Clap

This is the UKARA wording not mine, I did point out to them it is difficult to read and they should re-word it but they didn't appreciate my constructive criticism!

Basically, if you play 3 games in the space of under 2 months you do not qualify, the initial games to qualify must be spread over a greater than 2 month time span. So 3 games at Stoke woods, spread over 3 months as they are, qualifies you to register.

I hope I have explained it well enough, this is the point that a lot of people have trouble getting their heads around but its because they have used legal speak rather than real world language IMHO

Now that i am 18 i am looking to get UKARA registered. I was wondering if attendances at 1HQ aswell as at Amherst count towards the 3 attendances or is it one or the other.

Its so strange as your sites are so near where i live but i have never attended a platoon run event because i go to school in sussex. Now that i have finnished school i intend to come as fequently as i can. Thanks, Alex Petken.
